DTN Retail Fertilizer Trends

OMAHA (DTN) -- Little price movement was noted the second week of June in retail fertilizer prices tracked by DTN. After a coupleweeks of UAN32 prices increasing, that strength has disappeared.

UAN fertilizers had only slightly higher prices for the week. UAN28 had an average price of $268.18/ton while UAN32 was $285.55/ton.

The other six major fertilizers, tracked by DTN, including DAP, MAP, potash, urea, 10-34-0 and anhydrous, all were slightly lower compared to the second week of June 2009. DAP had an average prices of $501.21/ton, MAP $515.38/ton, potash $492.85/ton, urea $404.53/ton, 10-34-0 $387.95/ton and anhydrous $475.13/ton according to ...
